Effective Learning & Development
It is well known that Chelsea Football Club invests in top quality coaching for their players and that this investment gives returns that can be seen in their succesful performance.
What is not so well known is Chelsea FC’s commitment to training for all of their staff. Since 2008 ST*R Learning has been delivering management training for staff throughout their organisation on a regular basis. People from all areas including their two hotels, retail outlets, restaurant, health club and spa, corporate hospitality, IT services, Chelsea TV, finance and security have improved their skills through ILM-accredited management training and workshops.
In 2010 Chelsea FC asked ST*R Learning to develop a series of short sessions to address key issues at work.The 90-minute Bite-Size sessions that we designed for them have been such a success that Chelsea FC continues to reorder them.
Chelsea FC has given ST*R Learning glowing feedback. Employees gave ST*R Learning an average score of 94% overall satisfaction with the training they received in 2013. When asked how much they thought the training would impact their performance, they gave an average score of 91%.
