Internal Brand Communications
For over 14 years Stephen continues to work with global engineering group GKN to align their brand communications from the inside out.
With the need to connect employees to the GKN global strategy, Stephen was asked to create a story and visual presentation that cascaded throughout the four divisions across 33 countries and 26 languages.
The result was a methodology that the CEO and leadership teams could easily present to their people that ensured engagement and inspiration. Workshops were developed to embed and sustain the core messages and desired behaviours across all roles within the organisation. This five year strategy solution became the GKN visual compass for all to follow. By taking ownership, they have led the business with focus and commitment to deliver engineering that moves the world.
