  • Frazer Rendell

    Founding Partner

    Frazer has had 25 years of senior operational experience in retail, hospitality and healthcare where he had national and international roles. Frazer now specialises in helping provide practical, measurable and sustainable tools to businesses to change the culture and employee engagement within businesses to utilise the resources of the people within it.
    As a former chef, Frazer still likes to dabble in the kitchen, and his two children enjoy sharing his passion for good food, but not the washing up!

  • Gregor Findlay


    Gregor has been coaching leaders and their teams to higher levels of performance since 2001. He has worked with well over 100 executives and managers to identify and overcome the barriers standing between them and further success.
    Prior to his work as an executive coach, Gregor had a thirteen year career in sales and sales management. His academic grounding is in psychology but don’t worry, he doesn’t expect clients to get on the couch and talk about their childhood!
    He lives in Hampshire with his wife and two dogs Hamish and Winston.

  • Stephen Charlton


    Stephen is a champion in visual communication and leadership storytelling, integrating metaphor and dialogue to support leaders in communicating effectively to their teams.
    With over 25 years working with global clients, he has helped many organisations clarify and communicate business issues internally and externally resulting in improved business performance and collective ambition.
    As a sculptor and painter he creates six foot mice in bronze for those who have a chequebook and a sense of humour!

  • Paul Vousden


    Paul works with companies to help drive change and improve business outcomes. He’s enjoyed a varied career which helps him in his work today. Originally a professional actor he found he needed more regular income to support a wife and two children and moved into the slightly less risky business of advertising and PR. He ran his own successful PR company for 10 years before he was made an offer he couldn’t refuse by his fellow directors and left to pursue a path as an interim communications and change management manager. He has worked for some very large and very small companies and enjoys each new challenge. When he’s not helping companies to change he enjoys all the change and fun in his family and social life.

  • Jerry Pett


    Jerry is one of the founders and technical architects of Thymometrics which transforms the employee engagement survey process from an annual event into an always-on solution. Before Thymometrics he had launched two successful start-up businesses and held several senior technology leadership roles with TATA, Phones 4u and Dial-a-Phone. When not fiddling around with cloud, mobile, web and database technology or spending time with his family Jerry, a keen musician, can be found playing and recording music, although we think his chances of conquering stardom now quite remote.

  • Carolle Thompson


    Carolle is co-founder of ST*R Learning and is passionate about the quality of services you receive. She loves meeting new people and helping people have great experiences in her personal life as well as in the business world.

    Tim originally wanted to study at RADA, unfortunately his parents heard him say Ramada. After running hotels, bars, restaurants, fitness, leisure and recruitment businesses he found his way back onto the stage and has been a professional speaker, trainer and facilitator for nearly 15 years. In that time he has developed strategies for organisations, created alignment within teams and maximised performance for individuals. With a wealth of experience (he’s also been a cowboy, chat show guest, door to door salesman and a world champion sailor!) he is never short of an entertaining story to get a message across.
